PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Savane can locate a property for the development of your dream new single-family home. From there we will develop full plans to construct your residence. Competitive bidding and final negotiation with subcontractors will be performed in conjunction with the plan development. Our building knowledge together with our construction cost expertise allows us to advise clients on projected total project cost during the plan development phase.
INTERIOR FINISH SELECTIONS
Savane can assist you with interior finish selections including carpentry trim detail, tile alternatives, carpet, paint colors, and other design details. Whether your taste is contemporary or more traditional, you can work with Savane’s interior designer to customize the materials for the finishes of your home.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Savane has put together a team of professionals that manage the construction project from start to finish – ensuring your home is build to the highest standards and is build on schedule. Savane also has subcontractors, professionals, and suppliers that can deliver the highest quality product at a very competitive price. All our contractors are formally rated on four dimensions of Workmanship, Cost, Schedule, and Customer Service and must meet a high standard on all scores.
