Savane can locate a property for the development of your dream new single family home. From there we will develop full plans to construct your residence. Competitive bidding and final negotiation with subcontractors will be performed in conjunction with the plan development. Our building knowledge together with our construction cost expertise allows us to advise clients on projected total project cost during the plan development phase.

General contracting and construction management

Savane also has subcontractors, professionals, and suppliers that can deliver the highest quality product at a very competitive price. All our contractors are formally rated on four dimensions of Workmanship, Cost, Schedule, and Customer Service and must meet a high standard on all scores.

Interior finish selections

Savane can assist you with interior finish selections including carpentry trim detail, cabinetry selections, tile alternatives, carpet, paint colors, and other design details. The Savane team has partnered with renowned Ruthie Stebbins, interior designer, to allow us to assist our clients not only in selecting finished construction materials but also furniture, window treatments, etc. This provides for a fully integrated home design.
